Collaborative Relationships Between First Nations and Municipalities in Ontario

Cynthia Huo is an Honours BA candidate in the Political Science program at Western University, with a minor in Economics. Currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant working with Professor Christopher Alcantara, she is analyzing water sharing agreements between First Nations and municipalities. Cynthia is also working on research examining the effects of federalism in the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on the Canadian and Australian contexts. 

She is very interested in the potential for collaborative agreements to address issues of water security, and is excited and honoured to be a part of this project.
